These terms explain how NicaFlow's shipping service and this website work. By using our Miami address, sending us packages or using this website, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
NicaFlow is the English-language brand of Pinolero Express, a shipping and import business based in Managua, Nicaragua. In these terms, "NicaFlow," "we" and "us" mean NicaFlow / Pinolero Express. "You" means the person using our service or this website.
2. How the service works
- When you join, we send you your Miami shipping address on WhatsApp. Joining is free.
- You buy from US stores and have your orders shipped to that address.
- We receive your packages in Miami, ship them to Nicaragua by air or by sea, handle customs and have them ready for pickup in Managua or delivered to your door.
3. Rates and payment
- Shipping is billed by weight at the air or sea rate shown on our website at the time your package is shipped. Rates can change; we post current rates on our website and you can always ask us on WhatsApp.
- Customs is included for normal shipments. Commercial quantities, high-value items or items that need special permits may have extra duties, taxes or fees, and we will tell you before you pay.
- Door delivery is charged at what the courier charges.
- Payment is due before your package is released. We accept the payment methods listed on our website (such as Zelle, PayPal, Remitely, bank transfer or cash).
4. Delivery times
Delivery times shown on our website (for example, about 3 days by air and about 15 days by sea from Miami) are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, weather, customs inspections, holidays and store delays can slow a shipment down. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.
5. What you can ship
- You are responsible for making sure what you ship is legal to send from the United States and to bring into Nicaragua.
- We may refuse, hold or return items that are prohibited or restricted by US or Nicaraguan law or by our carriers, including hazardous materials, weapons and illegal goods. Ask us before ordering if you are not sure.
- Customs authorities may inspect, hold or seize items. Any fines or charges they apply to your items are your responsibility.
6. Your packages
- Use your name and your NicaFlow address exactly as we send them, so we can match each package to you.
- We photograph packages when they arrive in Miami. Tell us if a package is missing, damaged or not what you ordered as soon as you can, so we can help you with the store or the carrier.
- Problems with the products themselves (wrong item, defects, returns) are handled with the store you bought from.
- Please pick up or schedule delivery of your packages promptly once we tell you they are ready.
7. Using this website
The text, design, logos, photos and video on this website belong to NicaFlow or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking. We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but rates, times and details can change, so please confirm anything important with us on WhatsApp.
8. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
